In lost colors, I think it was, it is actually shown that she hates drunks (because of Tamaki). I'm not sure where the drunk Kallen meme came from though its used a lot with Lelouch and her interacting in doujin, something like this one, where she lets out something or other about Lelouch, usually to Lelouch.
