Well Zerozaku is pushing her chain in the epilogue, which by Code Geass standards is like wearing engagement rings.
Seemed to be like they were teasing with various pairing in the epilogue.
Sayoko x Orange (strongly)
Gino x Kallen (mid)
Suzaku x Nunnally (a little)
If you think about it Suzaku only really has two options, Nunnally or Karen. Maybe Kaguya, she didn't seem to care who was under the mask anyway ^^
