Mugino is been said to fight Kakine the rank 2. And fighting the rank 2 makes you considerable strong. Aside that Mugino can really FIGHT aside from her ability. If only the level 5 aren't that confident on their ability that leads on lowering their guard on lower level they could be considerable strong.
