Where does Mist Gun fit into this? If he had saved her, would his body be disintegrated by now?

Ya and maybe Mistgun threw gerald in there in place of Ezra and then used magic to direct it all up into the sky...
really, we are dealing with magic here... the possibilities are just about endless
grant it though, if Mistgun was in away involved, i would think we would get a shot of him standing in the distance after everything happen... just to tell us he was there
