So what I'm getting is, Sengoku is planning to make Marineford into the next Impel Down? If only we knew why he would do such a thing in a flashback and see what he has against all pirates including Gol D. Roger. I'm guessing Sengoku has a personal motive to make him hate Gol D. Roger and his kind.
