Bah, you need to be yourself. Write what you like and ignore anyone who says you should stick to a specific couple.
I love Yuuno, and I will write Yuuno in my fics. Even if its NanoFate, I still consider him a valuable character.
Did you know that I was originally a strict Yuunoha fan? I didn't like NanoFate at all, and only did one because someone here requested it. I took the request and later expanded on it (that was Rebirth, BTW). But yeah, originally I was a pure Nanoha/Yuuno shipper ^_^
