Rankingwise, it's doing poorly. Not even once in the first half of WSJ for normal chapters (no cover / color) during this streak.
I have read in the anime thread that HxH doesn't appeal to the young anymore and it's mostly the old fans watching it now. It appears to be the same for the manga... It's just like Bleach now.
