Considering that they're built without genuine IS tech, yeah I suppose you can call them that.
And they're smaller too, which ironically gives them speed and mobility advantage(including inhumane fighting styles) over their original counterparts when the two sides clash.
Some of the replica drones do have unique styles of their own that their originals don't possess. An example would be Replica Two, the Shenlong copy, which has the ability to fire particle beams from the twin cannons as an alternate firing mode to the standard space-compressed impact shots.
