Can't Sakura just beat them up and escape?
Or heck, just escape? With the surprise that Heike is a traitor and that the PM is right in front of her, I don't think she'd ever consider that option to begin with, but... just theoretically speaking. The powers don't have any effect on her and Heike doesn't look like he's a good CQC fighter, plus Sakura's training might help her deal with #1.
