It is hard to tell from that pic, but it is a MP5A2, with the less efficent straight magazine.
The A2 designation means that it has a fixed stock with the SEF trigger group. (S= Sicher (Safe), E= Einzelfeuer (Single fire, aka semi automatic fire), F= Feuerstoß (burst fire, aka Fully automatic fire).
