For the first device (a pair of boots) that the shop owner analyzed to teach the tour guide the method, he described it as having the same level of security as cathedral doors (no specific cathedral was mentioned). Later, Kanzaki realized that the security systems in those devices combined actually have the exact same design as an existing cathedral. Then she said that エーラソーン is going to attack one of the Church of England's cathedrals, and that cathedral is St. Julian's Cathedral.

That dialogue was a bit ambiguous, though. So I can't say for sure whether Kanzaki actually knows the security design of St. Julian's Cathedral, or she just deduced the answer from other clues.

And yes, security here refers to magical defense systems.
