Because Akari said she remember all memories that her get from Lucia, including "when Kotarou save Lucia on that day", that's what she said. By this line, I think Akari is talking about the climax scene in mall. But Lucia just got her first kiss from Kotarou. So I don't understand what Akari really means about "When Kotarou save Lucia on that day"

Interesting, I went back and looked at the line. Iirc the route spans a couple months, and at the point of this line it's probably already been a couple weeks (The french kiss scene, Lucia mentions how frustrating the last couple weeks have been), with that amount of time passed, 「あの日」 can seem appropriate, not to mention the importance of the scene in her liking Kotarou.

The next line, Akari also talks about 「あの日」　and how she remembers the color of Kotarou's eyes and warmth of his lips, so I think it wouldn't be wrong to interpret that she was talking about the date.

Going over Lucias route, I remembered there was something that really irked me that was worth mentioning. That was how out of place Kotarou's voice felt. Although I eventually warmed up to it during the last routes. It was really bad especially for Kotori's route, he always sounded like he was shouting and his voice was so monotone. I couldn't stand his voice during any scenes that were remotely serious. First time that I muted someone, and even when I tried to listen to his voice later on, was so badly turned off by it that I immediately muted him again. He was acceptable in the other routes though. He just sounds like too much of a boke, all the time.
