See the topic is "Most Canon Pairing" NOT "pick one over the other" You are not supposed to pick your favorite, just the one who's been shown to have some sort of love relationship according to Bleach Manga. Also they mean both halves of the couple have been shown to reciprocate or hinted that they return the love of the supposed parter.
