Anyway the OP is probably spoilery but it's all new characters fighting and it's hard to make anything out except apparently Lyon returns.
Also the entire episode is filled with scenes of a blue haired girl who screams "I'M IMPORTANT AND MYSTERIOUS"
The episode started by cleaning up the aftermath of the last arc. I personally think Juvia should have gotten first place though. And apparently Laxus's father inserted some dragon slayer lacrima in him. Which sounded as if it were a douchy thing.
Lucy has had "3" boyfriends which makes sense since she's Lucy  . And she has a Fateful Encounter after reaching for a book entitled Fateful Encounter. Cana is apparently his type though. Well I'm sure Cana is a lot of guys type.
Also a reporter visits and ignores Lucy a lot. But really that reporter must have gotten a ton of other stuff anyway. Some people will probably disagree but a dragon slayer battle is fine too.
Ending is all blue haired girl.

In case anyone is wondering the "Miss Fairy Tail Contest" was actually held in real life when it happened in the manga.
They asked readers to send in post cards with their vote, tallied them up, and then 2 volumes later he made the results public in this chapter.
So the ranking Erza->Lucy->Juvia is actually based on the fan feedback when it came out in the manga. (I don't know what he would have done if Lucy had won... he probably had something planned where she wouldn't get the money anyway
).
