I was kind of hoping to see if Fisher Tiger had a bad ass devil fruit power or whatever but it just seemed to make Jimbei look stronger even if he did get punched out by fisher in the past just confused as to how a big time wanted pirate captain could get taken down by a few marines pffft even buggy the clown could have handled them.
