I'd love to see him trying to go with stand-your-ground in court, his case would get eviscerated in a second. He might as well try to plead insanity, might have a better chance that way.

One could say the same thing for the Martin case as well and yet it didn't stop the accused to claim the ''stand your ground'' defence.
