Since you're turning monster into cards you should see it as a blessing, since you can use them in that card game. If you detest the draw system you might find it easier to refine spell from item and cards since refining is probably the easier way without spending hours drawing.
To adress the Drawing issue is to have high MAG since it make drawing easier, every time you draw it decreases the next draw rate with high MAG level you should still be able to draw alot, stocking it easily to 100 in a few turns.
