You've never had ANGUS have you?
It's a lean, high quality and expensive type of beef.
Angus is good, but it's one of the few times I actually feel sorry for the animal I'm eating. I drove through a Black Angus ranch one time looking for some piece of property. The cattle were so thin their ribs were showing prominently. Slaughtering animals for food doesn't bother me, but near starving them and seeing them LIVING in that condition tends to get your in the sympathetic spot.
Anyway I could see Signum as beef. ...A lean, fine cut piece of black angus.
