Well, that'd be one of the reasons. But sadly, this series has the worst schedule, even though it's one of the best manga I've read so far.
Right now, this is being scanlated with HQ raws, (no the ones of JCafe) so I think it's only matter of time to get some English releases.
I think the scanlator has another things (RL, Haganai, etc), and it's no use to release a bunch of chapters when you will have to wait for more after a long time.

About the series, my favorite female character is Aoi. I hope to see more of her after all the interaction with Haruka (she and Tomonaga go to a date, though Yuu doesn't think that's a date
