It's centralized heterochromia (meaning the inner part of my iris is different from the outer part). Normal eye color is green, with the brown in the center. Centralized heterochromia tends to be most common with blue/brown more than any other color.
The necklace is a "Knight's Pendant" and made of solid silver.
