Supreme Court upholds First Sale doctrine

In a 6-3 ruling, the Supreme Court said "yes, you can resell what you buy from overseas markets in America and not infringe on copyright."

Somehow, I'm not surprised that Copyright Apologists are already trying to spin it so that they're the victim.
