For all I know, Taimei Shihen is the Psalm of Grand Order and is strongly related to the awakening of the body of the Snake of the Festival. Still, I could be wrong about this.

I just do not know why Khamsin needs to escort them leaving the city. After all, they comprise 3 members of Hyakki Yakou, Pheles and Johan, and should be strong enough to protect themselves.
