Speaking of that, does really occur in Japanese high schools? I can't possibly see this happening without violating some sort of privacy/sexual harassment law.
If something like that went on in an American high school, the parents would be in a total uproar.
And I think you meant students, alumni are people who've already graduated - like Sun.
