Finally a new 4koma!
I decided to skip the actual measurement scene (no 3 sizes for you guys!).
Rinya's expression is based on Yui from K-On.
Actually I never wanted to design Iskan Baskir, mainly because I am inexperienced in drawing older characters. But after I decided to use him for this 4koma I just did it.
I was surprised myself that I did well.
