I think you're misunderstanding something. Allen's right arm is NOT an akuma ARM, but an ANTI-Akuma weapon arm and also his Innocence.
Allen is unique in that he's a
naturally-borned, parastic-type conformer with an Innocence. It means he already have that anti-akuma weapon arm at birth.
Supposedly, because his right-arm is his Innocence it is deformed and that is the reason his biological parents abandoned him, due to the deformity of his right arm.
Although Allen never took in some physical form or another a part of Mana into his body, when the akuma Mana slashed Allen's left eye the panel clearly showed the slashed eye absorbing the pentacle star, which is the mark of the akuma.
From my personal point of view I can interpret that right after destroying the akuma body, Allen absorbed Mana's soul through his left eye, but you don't have to agree with me on that; different people, different opinions.
I would go as far as to say that Allen physically is a 100% human, however, he houses two souls within his body: his own and that of the akuma Mana. It is the Mana soul that has been triggering the evolution and transformation of Allen's cursed eye. But that's my personal opinion.
