Should be the continuation of the TE VN promo that came with Altered Fable years ago. TE was the test bed for VN expansion in the MLA universe back then after all, together with Chicken Divers and the Marimo Special from the Comiket issues later. It was all bundled together for Chronicles 1 later.
Hope the Insanity OP comes back in the anime somewhere.
