Mikoto is kill off which out doing anything of real important and it came out of nowhere

Also you know Chapter 2 had over 200 pages in it.Half the book was in chapter 2 alone and chapter 2 ended on pg 323 so there only 133 pgs left and chapter 3 had 60 pages in it.
