What do you wanna achieve. What do you wanna to do.
Base all your action towards your goals.
Example for me:
I wanna go to Animelo Live Concert on 2012, (and try to raep a Japanese High School Girl if it's possible)
So now, i'm working to death so i can achieve that fund.
