This online game store is available in many countries.

Info on The Last Remnant:

The Last Remnant is $8.99.
I can personally vouch for Green Man Gaming (GMG), very handy when game publishers decide to charge more depending on your region, such as Skyrim. It's a bit of a shame, since it is the game publishers who set the price on Steam (and not Valve, except on their own games of course):
Compare prices from various regions here. Full price for Skyrim on Steam is USD89.99 for Australians.
On GMG, however, they charge the U.S. full price of USD59.99.

GMG also promote themselves with a variety of vouchers, which can sometimes save you even more money.
Note that only games with "Third Party DRM: Steam" will give you a Steam code to use in the Steam client (and similarly "Origin" for some EA games, if you live in the UK or the USA IIRC). Otherwise, you have to use Capsule, GMG's downloader client, which might not be suitable for many people.
