I posted in my blog explaining how to run the Phantom of Inferno DVD in Media Player Classic.

Long story short, Install MPC and PowerDVD9, then set MPC to use the filters from PDVD9 when running a DVD. Best solution for Phantom I've found yet, and it continues to work long after PDVD9s trial period.
