Your post makes it sound as if her new teacher flat out said that Kakashi's opinion of where Sakura's talent lies was wrong. Which she didnt. She merely made an observation on how Sakura's progressing in her training. That comment certainly does not negate what Kakashi said, and until we see Sakura using only medical jutsus, and no signs of improvemnts in her genjutsus, I stand by my opinion that Sakura will have a marked improvement in the use of genjutsu.

And again I'm not saying that Sakura will ony have an increase in ability of only the medical jutsu field. I'm saying that Sakura's primary specialty will obviously be that of a medical nin. I didn't say that Sakura would never train in any genjutsu, just that genjutsu won't be the primary concern.
Tsunade clearly expressed that she plans to stick to making Sakura primarily a medical nin based on Sakura's precise chakra control and stuff so Sakura being primarily a genjutsu specialist is out. The only genjutsu that Tsunade does at all was making herself look younger while in her fight against Kabuto every technique she used on the offensive was and stuff was medical jutsu not any genjutsu. The very thing that makes Tsunade lengendary has been clearly expressed to be her being the best medical nin of Konoha who was of great help during combat in healing and other medical factors.
If Sakura was only suppose to be a primary user of genjutsu then she would be training with Kurenai but she's not.
