I would offer my assistance translating, but I'm not really fluent enough, so I'd most likely be slow and make plenty of mistakes.
I hope you find a translater though, it looks quite promising, I usually don't get this feeling after just one chapter. I haven't read Rave Master, but I certainly agree that it is very similar to One Piece, especially in setting and art.
