"loli" -- most definitions tag that term as being related to being "less than 12yrs old" in terms of anime....
But we're talking about watching a series, not taking them out on a date..... Grape-chan in Akikan! would be an example of "loli", or Nanoha when she first starts out at age 9.

Back to topic, I'm really looking forward for this anime, the manga is quite hilarious, especiallya the teacher, she seems to have split personality like negishi/krauser, including the teeth guitar LOL
