I managed to come across the 8th OVA, and I have to say that... it wasn't anything what I expected it to be. It was really goofy.

Spoiler for 8th OVA:

The idea is that Cordelia basically is trying on a series of silly hats, given to her as gifts from random people, including what looks like a Keroro Gunso hat and some bunny ears. It's completely random, and not at all what I expected to see.

...Who woulda thought Cordelia had a thing for strange hats?

IMO, this one was way too silly.
