Good arc to start the 4th season with. Nothing like seeing some of the creepiest manga material to date to kick start another season, heh. I'll never get used to Matoba's yokai, so creepy. Same goes for the mask yokai that appeared, though i can't help but love glass bottle youkai. 
Best scene of the episode for me had to be Tanuma's speech regarding Natsume's reason for not telling anyone about his secret. Such a touching scene.
OP is sweet, though it's this seasons ED that really catches my fancy. You've gotta love how each of the ED's from different seasons match the season the series is aired in. That's seriously a nice touch.
