Naw Tatenshi's younger sister is the Japanese rep if I'm remembering the LN's right. While Tatenshi her self is the rep from Russia.
Which is rather odd when you think about it. As both Ichika and Houki have personal IS but aren't considered representative candidates. Even though they likely have higher spec units then Kanazaki does.
