I know. I also know Mugino shoot down jet fighter of russia. I also know how strong she is when she removes her limiter too. And I'm using Mugino because for me Mugino has more edge in fire power than Misaka though Misaka has more versatility than Mugino.
The thing about uminoke even though she herself is super weak just like what Saia said she uses those cheating thousands of mecha arms of her too improvise. And I'm no good at explaining stuff and convicing someone so lets wait for a couple more days until NT was fully translated. But for me.
