^ lol, thats shady as hell.
I don't get why you'd get 'damages' for shit like that though, that has never made sense to me. The guy should be charged and fined/jailed (since it sounds like a criminal act - stalking?), paying off the lady shouldn't factor into it (which would be a civil thing?).
