Reading that part, and knowing Hamazura isn't a master on psychological warfare that implies Hamazura really did nightmare fuel torture with them. Their female leader didn't seem to be a professional (just a person with status) so I doubt she would hold back any info, after all, the one who talk about the Parameter List was... herself
