Some scanlator decided to romanize it as "Rabuyan", which is sheer stupidity, IMO, since her name comes from the fact she's a cupid of LOVE, not to mention the manga actually writes the title out in English to begin with on the tankoubon covers.
Great manga.
But it's entirely composed of making fun of anti-social, degenerate, otaku with no life, so if you're squimish about that I would say stay away.
