I feel Neji would put up a good fight against Kakashi and Possibly win. So far in the series his is the ONLY person to actually take on Naruto's Kyubi Chakra without any help from a OUTSIDE SOURCE (like Cursed seal, Being a Sannin Class Ninja, or having Biju Powers).
