Spoiler for Episode 42:

This weeks episode wasn't as rushed as last weeks, which is good because i was scared they were going to edit out the Ms. Fairy Tail contest, though thankfully it was kept in, and boy did it deliver. Plenty of lovely fanservice. Shame the bunny suit Lucy and Erza that should have appeared in last weeks episode are no where to be seen. That's a crime i tell you.

Best scene of the episode for me was the flashback with child Laxus and Makarov. Fantastic music placement, yet again.

I rather like this arc for the amount of battles we see, and the drama behind them, and this episode is off to a great start with just that.

Strange how the series kept the outfit changes for Gray and Lucy, though isn't changing Natsu's to the one he's wearing in the manga at this point . Ah well.
