I just finished reading the Watanagashi manga, which had me more confused than the anime, considering things happen differently. Okay, so:

In order (Of how we learn it.):
- Mion kills Rika, Kimiyoshi, and Satoko
- She is keeping Shion locked up, watching them die
- After seeing Keichii and Rena, who contacts the police, Mion disappears
- Shion is mentally disturbed, and stays in an apartment in another city
- Later, Keichii meets Mion, who stabs him in the stomach
- He meets Oishii in the hospital
- Oishii tells him Shion 'fell' off the balcony of her apartment
- Everyone who had been killed by Mion were found in the well, dead
- She was also found in the well, and had died soon after she had disappeared
- After Oishii leaves Keichii is killed by Mion
- We later discover Shion really did the killings, so the roles should be switched

Um...what? I understood the other arcs, but this one is leaving me rather disoriented. What really happened, and what information is false?

I was quite confused with this is well, but after reading the TIPS I finally figured it out.

Spoiler for Watanagashi-hen TIPS:

Both Mion AND Shion are dead by the end of Watanagashi-hen. Shion killed Mion in Meakashi-hen and dumped her body in the well. Shion died from falling off the building after stabbing Keiichi. The one that killed Keiichi in the hospital bed was acctually a hallucination brought up by paranoia. Keiichi was so scared of it he ended up entering a state of cardiac arrest and died shortly afterwards because of it.
