A little off topic since we're discussing the health of the author.

Firstly, the authors should not keep late nights, if they do, they should do it in a consistent manner so that their bio clock can adjust to the new cycle. When they sleep, they should keep the entire room darkened. All these to facilitate proper healing and cell renewal. Many important hormones and chemicals are released at specific times of the circadium clock, and if they mess it up, they are in higher risk of getting serious illnesses. Of course, diet, exercise, a positive mental attitude, among other things play a part as well, but so far, what I've noticed is that from the tweets, most authors have inconsistent sleep schedules or are sleep deprived every few days of a week, which is certainly a cause for concern.
