there are more shots where blood was spilled, Gajeels battle in Tenroujima but it was not shown directly, there are even shots of Azuma and Gray were the blood spilled is shown but they don't show it in red color and show it improper,
the only red blood shown was that of Gray's, when he froze his blood in the battle
