Well Miyamura's a kind guy. Also, this isn't shoujo. The tag gets switched between SHoujo and Shounen multiple times. The general agreement is that it manages to be both at once, and the tags at one point had both Shoujo and Shounen.
Still, one has to wonder why not tying hair and wearing glasses make you unrecognizable.
