yeah , aiko didn't get as much as noe or hiromi ..but the problem is not in her character ,i think that the writers did a great job on her character -they made her out to be this realistic heroine-the writers didn't use her as a fanservice nor a filler girl which is a gd sign for her and believe it or not -her story did have the potential to become a main one -aiko was the secret weapon person -most of the time she was there ,it was pure angest -they extracted so much drama from her so little time -the problem is how little screentime play she got the made her easly forgotten by the fans but then again her story was just a secondary plot but still we don't know a thing a bout her background which sucks rlly -..i wasn't rooting for aiko.she was just seeking for pity love from shin(wanting to be a replacement for hiromi) and that's all -even if she got together with shin -she'd still not be happy ...if always wondered why aiko doesn't have anyfrinds besides shin and nabuse -no one rlly visits her shop and now i know the answer -the writers wanted to let us know that aiko was this girl who gave up on life and herself for shin-she caved in for him-she didn't care for herself or anyone but shin ,she dictated herself and her time for shin ,the writer said that aiko was this girl who wanted it to try more and so she became stronger and stronger because she wanted to fit in like the other girls and have meaning in shin's life resulting in forgetting herself and those who cared for her like nabuse getting hurt while hurting herself -he said that she was deprived from her soal because of her emptiness which is the truth -she felt empty and that's why the writers portrayed aiko to be this lonely person without anyfriends cuz she wasted herself and her soal for shin and when he rejected her ,she wake up and realized that it was a mistake and that's why she was happy that she left shin at ep 10 cuz she din't like her old self and became a different person -she asked nabuse if wanted to be friends with a gd looking girl and not aiko cuz she hated her old self and wanted to leave the old aiko behind i guess ... though she got a nice Drama CD story
