why Aion's voice is at the end narrating those lines (I'm Alpha and Omega etc. etc.) I think it's Aion's voice but then my ability to distinguish between different people's voices is bad so correct me if I'm wrong.

Anyway the message at the end practically says that everything is set by God and the world can do nothing but follow the path set by Him.

well, he was previously an angel it seems, but when Elder asked him why he don't ask his boss to do something about the incoming war ("his boss" obviously refers to God), he said that he doesn't want to have anything to do with God, and has severed all ties to Him by tearing off his own wings willingly without regret. or something like that... so I guess you could call him a fallen angel. Thus he's a sinner I guess.
