I forget the full title, but the rough English title is Adam in Puberty or something like that. It's an LN that's been around for a while that no one has translated and there are a handful of manga chapters that were. Basically, the MC's power is to make any girl that looks into his eyes extremely sensitive to the point that just saying Hi will make them orgasm. If going by the manga, he gets laid by the third chapter if I remember correctly.
