Probably not...
Futari Ecchi got removed, and so did canary I think. (edit: canary didn't get removed... just Futari-H)
Both didn't display genitals... but depicted sex I think.
(Of course, both had more/less full detail on the female's breasts, so that might also be why)
Judging from GG13's preview, there's at least going to be full nudity, even if there won't be genitals showing.
So, unless some miracle happens...
(It's probably not too big a problem though... the torrents are bound to show up somewhere...)
